The extra virgin olive oil 100% Cornicabra variety from Casas de Hualdo is the only one with protected designation of origin (PDO) “Montes de Toledo”. Its known for having a high quantity of natural antioxidants. It’s made from early-harvest olives, from carefully selected Cornicabra olive trees in areas on the Estate whose soil and location endow the olives with special aromas and flavours, giving this olive oil its exquisitely unique personality. This is a first cold-pressed olive oil. It has the right balance of essential fatty acids and natural antioxidants. It has a characteristic intense flavour.
